One Crazy Quilt Heart Completed

I hate to throw away all the little pieces of silk ribbon that are left over from a project. Too little to do anything with except to gather it and place a bunch together. When I pieced the block the small flower above the row of buttons was chopped off at the bottom. I took three 2" pieces of silk ribbon, gathered each one and then attached to base of flower. Took care of the "incomplete" flower and a small space where my lace didn't meet the seam line.

Hi Kathy,

Love the heart, especially the dragonfly. How did you do the body?

BTW, the raccoons in our yard seem very healthy.....we've had as many as 7 at once, and they come both day and night, I think because the folks down the street feed them. We think the one that just visited us is a baby and not yet "street smart". They can be very noisy in the middle of the night when they start squabbling!
